  • Note : Never POWER OFF your router when the firmware is upgrading. Do not close the browser windows while the FIRMWARE is downloading. Make sure you have an Ethernet connection whilst upgrading your router firmware.

  • My last password inputted during the initial setup had not changed; yet it is not accepted while trying to update the filmware’s procedure. I used your procedure of inputting my router’s serial number and it is not accepted, despite verifying it many times on my router.

Secondly, I find it very annoying in accepting your login procedure (routerlogin.net) where many vendors state, Enter Here to Start in order to get into the actual login screen. Pls explain.

    Regards, Victor

I have dealt with (other) IT Tech support occasionally for 30 years, this has been the best experience with IT Support. They (he) resolved every issue, including malicious spyware hacks. I am sold on these guys 100%. I am 100% Texas, and had no difficulty communicating with Austin. Recommend him highly! Won't ever go back to best buy support (geek squad, or any other support folks)
