I have a Linksys AC1200 extender because Comcast changed the password on the main router and I need to get the extender to reconnect to the router

- plug in your Linksys extender and Press and hold the reset button on your extender for at least 30 seconds and then release it.
- Connect your smartphone or computer with the Extender’s network
- Login to the settings page by the help of ip address:- 192.168.1.1
- Now follow the instructions on the screen and complete the setup process
- Once your extender is configured after that you can connect your wireless devices with the extender’s network.

In that case, you need to reset the Extender and for that first of all, Plug in your Extender and press and hold the reset button for at least 30 seconds and then release it.
and Do the setup again.
- connect your computer or smartphone with the extender's wifi network
- once you are connected then open your browser and type this address:-192.168.1.1
- it will take you to the setup page
- now follow the instructions and complete the setup process

plug in the Linksys extender to the power first ant then reset it.Then connect any of the wireless device with extender's wifi network.Now open 192.168.1.1 on the browser.From there follow the instruction on the setup page.Save the settings and reboot it. It's done now.
