I am trying to set up the netgear router ........but it is not opening the router page for me .
please help it out.

Steps you need to follow for setup Netgear AC-1900
1.Connect power directly in wall socket.
2.Take a ethernet cable and connect modem with router.(Router’s WAN PORT)
3.Take another ethernet cable connect it with router’s lan port to computer.
4.Open your browser or else steup wizard will appear on its on.
5.In your browser type http://routerlogin.net or 192.168.1.1.
6.Setup wizard will appear use default login(username-admin/password-password)
7.Setup will start and select – ‘Help me choose’.
8.Wizard will auto detect all the settings and configure it for you .
Troubleshooting steps which you need to follow:-
Check connections..connections should be like
one ethernet cable must be connected between modem and router
moving further click on wifi icon on computer you will see your router network name selet that and connect it with router than open any internet browser and in the address bar type 192.168.1.1 and hit enter .it will bring you to router login page
sign in to router page ..we are good to go now..
To setup your netgear ac 1900 router you need to follow these steps:-
You need to plug in a cable from your existing modem to internet port of your router.
after connecting this cable connect a cable from port no-4 of your router to your computer. then follow these steps:
1. Press windows + R key that will open run window for you.
2. Type CMD in the run box.
3. Open Ipconfig and check network statistics.
4. Open your default gateway in any browser.
5. Type your user name and password .
6. that will open a setup wizard for you so follow the steps and you are good to go.
