Netgear genie .exe doesn't open. ย What do I do to open the genie software?

You need to see that is your computer compatible with netgear genie.
You can download genie from here -https://www.netgear.com/home/discover/apps/genie.aspx
Still if its not working just restart your computer and reinstall genie and then try .
