How to connect the belkin n300 extender with the main wifi network without using wps?

1. Plug in the extender into the wall socket near to your home router just for the initial setup.
2. Connect the computer to the belkin n300 connection.
3. Open the browser and type 192.168.206.1 in the url bar of the browser, it will open the setup page for you.
4. Complete the instruction for the setup.

Plug in the extender to the wall socket.

However we need to make it sure that the distance between modem and extender should be less then ten to 15 feet just for the initial setup.

Press and Hold the reset key on the extender for 30 seconds and after that release It .
