My motion detection is not working on the arlo camera, What should i do?

First you can try to remove batteries and reinsert them and check and if issue is not solved then you can go to the arlo login page and remove your device from the listed cameras and then reconnect and if still not happen go to the base station and reconfigure it with base station.
If its still not working then its a hardware issue..

try to remove the batteries first from the camera.Remove the camera from Arlo account.re-sync again.if still it doesn't work then reset the base station.
if still it doesn't work it could be the hardware issue.

There are some troubleshooting methods that we can try:-
- Try to remove the batteries from that specific camera on which motion is not working and reinsert it back and then check if motion is working or not.
- try removing the camera from the arlo account settings and then resync it again.
- If above two options are not working then you need to reset your base station and reconfigure it again
And still if your motion is not working then it means that there is some hardware issue with that camera.
