After using the WPS button only 2g network of extender is working, what should i do to make 5g network working?

In order to do that first you need to press the WPS button again as you did the first time to connect the extender with 5G network of the router.

Make sure your extender is plugged in with in 10 ft. from the main router and then press and hold the wps button again for atleast 3 seconds and then release it and with in 2 minutes press and hold the wps button on your main router for 3 seconds and then release it and wait for the lights to get stable on the extender again to make your 5G Band working.

or we can login into the extender's settings by using the ip address and once we logged in, then click on site survey and select your main router's 5G band.

For setting up the 5G network you need to repeat the process of WPS button you tried during the setup of the 2G network."Make sure the extender is plugged in within the 5 feet of your router " First Press the WPS button the extender for 2 seconds and than press the WPS button on the router.

Now your 5G network also setup.
