Ethernet port is not working on my Netgear mr1100 Mobile router, what should i do?
IF Ethernet Port is not working on mr1100 Mobile Router,then either you can make sure that the wire is not faulty,
Or you can Restart The Router just for once,
If still the same problem persists,then that means its a hardware issue.Either Purchase new one or Replace the Faulty one if its under warranty..
In this case you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure that the ethernet cable you are using is not faulty or try to replace it with another one.
- Try to reboot/restart the Netgear mr1100 Mobile router
- If still the same issue then it's a hardware issue, you can also replace it if it is under warranty.
In this condition you need to restart the router
Then check the power cable it is in good condition or not and if it is possible use new cable and check again
If it is still not working it means ethernet port is damaged
if the ethernet is not working you need to restart you router and try it one more time and if it still not working then ethernet port is damaged
Try restarting your Router and after that check if its working and also make sure that the ethernet cable that you are using ,its in good condition.
and still if its not working ,then it means that port is damaged on the router.
