In this case we can try Rebooting the base station or try removing the batteries and then put it back , also we can retry to sync all the cameras. If none of this works we have to reset it by pressing the pinhole for 30 seconds.

Try to reboot/restart the base station and also try to remove batteries from the Arlo camera and then put them back.

Try to resync the camera again

If nothing works then you have to reset the base station by pressing the reset pinhole for 30 seconds that is located backside of the base station.

there are some troubleshooting methods that we can try, which are as follows:-

  • Try to Reboot the base station and then check again
  • Try to sign out from the arlo settings and then sign in again and check again
  • Remove the batteries from that specific camera and resync it again.
  • Try to replace the batteries with the new one and sync it again

If above options are not working ,it means that you need to replace your camera

Steps you can follow :

  • Try to reboot your base station and the router.
  • Try to uninstall the batteries from the camera and try to sync again.
  • Replace the batteries with the new one.
