TO CONNECT YOUR VIZIO TV WITH NETGEAR EX 2700 EXTENDER YOU NEED TO FOLLOW THESE STEPS:-
1.Press the Menu button on your Vizio remote.
2.Select the Network option and press OK.
3.Select Network Connection.
4.Select the Wireless option.
5.Select your In-home WiFi network from the list.
6.Enter your the password for your In-home WiFi
you will be connected to the network .if problem still persists you can reset your device and reset up the device

Connecting your VIZIO TV to you NETGEAR EX2700 is very simple,please follow these steps –
