Only one band ie. 5G band is working on my linksys extender, what should i do?

upgrading the firmware if new update is available if no download the firmware again from official website.

There are some troubleshooting methods that we can try:-
- Try to configure your 2G band using site survey option on the linksys extender's page
- Try to change the channels on the main router
- Try to upgrade the firmware on the extender and if new firmware is not available then try to install the older firmware on the extender
- Try to reset the extender and then configure it again

You should try to reset your extender by reseting it to its default settings and configure it again, If doesn't work you can go for new extender.
