How to reconfigure Tplink RE220 with Archer C1200 router?

To reconfigure Tplink RE220 with Archer C1200 router turn on Tplink range extender near by to your Tplink Archer C1200 router just  for the initial setup (after setup you can take it where your signals are low). Press the WPS button on your extender and hold it down for 2-3 seconds and within a minute press WPS button on your Tplink Archer C1200 router. When the extender lights  get stable  connect any of your smartphone or your computer with the extended network.
Repeat the same steps once again if you want to connect your range extender with 5GHz network ..

Turn on TP link extender and connect it with any wireless device.Now open 192.168.0.254 on the device.This will take you to the login page from there create the login information and follow the instruction on that page.Now connect the TP link extender with Archer's network.Save the settings now. It's all set now.

• Turn On your Tplink Extender
• Now connect your computer or smartphone with the extender's network
• open your browser and type this address in the address bar:- 192.168.0.254
• it will take you to the login page of your tplink extender ,from there create your login information and then follow the instructions on the screen and connect your extender with the c1200 router's wifi network
• and then save the settings

or

we can also configure this extender through the wps method, for that we can press and hold the wps button from the extender for 3 seconds and then with in 2 minutes press and hold the wps button from the main router for 3 seconds and then wait for the lights to get stable on the extender.

if your extender was previously connected with any other router then first you have reset your extender and for that you need to press and hold the reset button for atleast 20 seconds and then release it and after that reconfigure your extender

You can follow these steps to setup your Tplink RE220 Range Extender:-
>Plugin Tplink range extender into the wall socket nearby to your Tplink Archer C1200 router for the initial setup.
>Press the WPS button on your extender and hold it down for 2-3 seconds.
>Within the 1-minute press WPS button on your Tplink Archer C1200 router.
>Wait for the extender lights to get stable and now try to connect any of your wireless devices with the extended network.
*If you want to connect your range extender with 5GHz network then repeat the same steps once again.
