My arlo showing getting status when i use it on my smartphone?

• GO AHEAD AND UNPLUG ALL THE WIRES FROM YOUR BASE STATION
  LEAVE IT IN THE SAME STATE FOR ATLEAST 5 MINUTES
  CONNECT ALL THE WIRES BACK NOW AND CONNECT IT TO THE WALL AGAIN
  ONCE ALL THE LIGHTS LID UP ON YOUR BASE STATION ARE GREEN ,ITS READY TO GO

• You need to follow these steps-

  1.Make sure you have updated your cameras.
  2.If not simply re-sync your camera .
  3.You can reset your base station by pressing the reset button for 15 seconds.
  4.After resetting make sure you sync the camera again if they are not available.

• You can try resetting your base station and then use following steps to set it up.

  1.connect your base station with router using an ethernet cable.

  2.then open http://www.arlo.netgear.com and sign with your account.

  3.then re-sync your cameras and you are good to go.
