GO AHEAD AND UNPLUG ALL THE WIRES FROM YOUR BASE STATION
LEAVE IT IN THE SAME STATE FOR ATLEAST 5 MINUTES
CONNECT ALL THE WIRES BACK NOW AND CONNECT IT TO THE WALL AGAIN
ONCE ALL THE LIGHTS LID UP ON YOUR BASE STATION ARE GREEN ,ITS READY TO GO
You need to follow these steps-
1.Make sure you have updated your cameras.
2.If not simply re-sync your camera .
3.You can reset your base station by pressing the reset button for 15 seconds.
4.After resetting make sure you sync the camera again if they are not available.
You can try resetting your base station and then use following steps to set it up.
1.connect your base station with router using an ethernet cable.
2.then open http://www.arlo.netgear.com and sign with your account.
3.then re-sync your cameras and you are good to go.
