How to configure my Asus RT-AC1900P with Public wifi?

If you want to configure your asus router with public wifi , it will not able to work as router , you need to configure it as range extender or repeater . To make your router as repeater , please follow the steps that are written below :
- Â At first plugged in your router with wall socket and then once you see power light is on on the router then go to wifi on your smartphone or on your computer.
- You will see asus in the available wifi list , choose that and click on connect . once your devices is connected with asus network then open any browser on your computer or in smartphone and on the address bar of that browser please type 192.168.1.1 and hit enter.
- You will see asus setup page , if it ask for username and password ( default user name is admin and default password is admin ) and you will see option that you want to make it as a router , as a Repeater or as an access point . Please choose repeater mode and complete the settings. Once you complete the setting , then this router will configured properly and the you good to go.
