  • Hello Sir,

    If you are not able to detect motion on your camera you need to follow these steps-

    1.You need to check the mode you have selected .
    2.Make sure it is Armed.
    3.Check the mode settings to confirm that the motion is on or not .
    4.Remove the camera from the list and again re-sync the camera.
    5.Reboot your base station.
    6.Last option you can try is reset the base station for 15 seconds then re-setup them.
    7.You can find reset hole on the back of your base station.

  • IF YOUR ARLO IS GIVING YOU ISSUES WITH MOTION,MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SET THE RIGHT MODE AND YOUR BASE STATION IS SET TO ARMED OR RESET THE BASE STATION AND FOLLOW THIS GUIDE TO SETUP IT AGAIN.

    2.THEN OPEN http://WWW.ARLO.NETGEAR.COM AND CLICK ON NEW SETUP.
    3.IT WILL DETECT YOUR BASE STATION AND THEN YOU NEED TO MAKE AN ACCOUNT WITH ARLO.
    4.LAST STEP IS TO SYNC ARLO CAMERA WITH YOUR BASE STATION.
