When i connect my 8 Port zyxel gs-1088 v2 Switch with Asus RT-AC5300 internet stops working, what should i do?

You need to double check the ethernet cable connections on ZyXEL GS-1088 v2 Switch, as most of the times it happens if one ethernet cable connected to 2 ports of the same switch.
