My tablet and other smartphone is working but my Smartphone is not working?

Steps to Connect your Smartphone with your Linksys EA4500-
1.Try changing the name of your wireless.
2.Change the channel on your router to channel 11.
3.Try Resetting network settings on your phone-
Go to setting>Reset and backup>Reset network settings.
Still not working reset your router then try connecting your phone.
You can try resetting your phone or you can change the channel on your router to channel 6 or try resetting your router back to factory settings.
