how to configure link sys extender with the spectrum router's wifi network?
To setup you Amped extender with  spectrum router you need to Follow these steps :
- At first you need the password of  spectrum router that help you in setting up your extender.
- Plugged in your extender nearby your router and then wait for 3 to 5 minutes .
Press the WPS button on your Amped Extender for 5 seconds and within 1 minute press the WPS button on your  spectrum router for 5 seconds and wait for 5 minutes .When you see all solid light on your extender then go to your computer or mobile phone and then go to the wifi over there. Where you see  spectrum _RE network or Amped extender in the list. - Please connect your you devices with this network and put you  spectrum router password ( If it ask for the password) . once you connected with that network then check internet is working fine, if it is then your extender is configured properly. Now if you want you will able to move your extender where ever you wanted.
In order to setup Linksys range extender follow these steps:-
>Plug in the range extender into the wall socket near to your Spectrum router for the initial setup.
*If you made any change on the extender before, then reset the extender by pressing reset button for at least 30 seconds.
>Connect any of your wireless devices with Linksys extender wireless network.
>Open any browser and in the address bar type http://192.168.1.1 or http://extender.linksys.com
>Now you will see the setup wizard in the page, follow the instructions to setup the range extender.
>If you want you can change the name of extended network and password of your choice that you want for it.
>Now save the settings and range extender will reboot after saving the settings.
>Once extender lights get solid connect your devices to the extended network and try to go online so that we can check that extender setup done successfully.
You can setup your TP-link extender using the WPS button.
- Press and hold the WPS button on the TP-link Extender for 5 seconds. The WPS LED on the front should blink.
- Within 2 minutes, press the WPS button on your wireless router.And wait for at least 2 minutes while the extender connects to your existing wireless network.If successful, the WPS LED on your Extender turns solid green
