- Turn On your Netgear router.
- Press and hold the reset button on your router for at least 30 seconds and then release it.
- Now wait for the lights to get stable on the router again
- and then reconfigure your Netgear router again
- To configure it, there are some steps that we need to follow.
- Make sure, there is an Ethernet cable connected between your Netgear router and the modem and cable should be connected to the Internet port of the Netgear router
- Connect your Computer with the Router's network
- Open your browser and type this address:- 192.168.1.1 or https://routerlogin.net
- It will take you to the setup page of the Netgear router
- Now follow the instructions on the screen and complete the setup process.
IF YOUR NETGEAR WNR2000-100NAS ROUTER IS NOT WORKING THEN YOU CAN CHECK THAT ETHERNET CABLES ARE PROPERLY PLUGGED IN AND THEN YOU CAN CHECK FIRMWARE UPDATES. IF IN CASE ISSUE STILL PERSISTS YOU CAN RESET YOUR DEVICE AND RESET UP IT. FOR RESET UP THE DEVICE YOU NEED TO FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
You need to plug in a cable from your existing modem to internet port of your router.
after connecting this cable connect a cable from port no-4 of your router to your computer. then follow these steps:
1. Press windows + R key that will open run window for you.
2. Type CMD in the run box.
3. Open Ipconfig and check network statistics.
4. Open your default gateway in any browser.
5. Type your user name and password .
6.that will open a setup wizard for you so follow the steps and you are good to go.

If you are facing issues with the router ,follow this guide to set it up again after resetting it.
1.first step is to reset the router so grab a paper clip and hold it in the reset hole of the router and then release it after 30 seconds you will see that the power light is orange now so after the power light is green then follow the seconds step.
2.Connect a Ethernet cable from modem to your router’s WAN port.
3.Connect another cable from router to computer .
4.Now open your browser and type in the address bar http://routerlogin.net .
5.Select ‘Help me Choose’ and follow the instructions on the screen.
6.Once your setup is completed remove the ethernet from computer.
