In order to do the setup of Arlo Cameras without the application follow these steps:
- Connect any one of your wired or wireless devices to the same network where Arlo base station is connected.
- Open the web browser and in the long address bar type http://arlo.netgear.com or http://my.arlo.com
- Now you will see the sign-in page and also there is one more option at the bottom that is "New to Arlo?", click on that option and follow the on-screen instructions to setup your Arlo cameras.

You can easily setup the arlo cameras through login into the arlo website (www.arlo.netgear.com) with your registered E-mail.
