I am trying to login the router page of my router I.E E1200 but its not working ,help me.
If you are getting login issues with Linksys router then try to restart the Linksys router and then try again and if it’s still not working then you need to reset the router and reconfigure it again. In order to reset, you need to press and hold the reset button for at least 30 seconds and then release it.
to log in, you can use the IP address that is 192.168.1.1 and if that doesn't help out you can reboot your router and try again if still doesn't works then reset the router and try it again.
In order to login into the Linksys router settings, we need to type the IP address of the router ie. 192.168.1.1
If the IP address is not working, then you need to restart your router once it means, you need to unplug the power cable from the router and wait for few seconds and then plug it again and then try to login again.

LINKSYS E1200 –
1.IF YOU ARE FACING ISSUES TO LOGIN INTO THE ROUTER.
2.WE HAVE TO RESET IT AND SETUP IT AGAIN.
3.SO AT THE BACK OF THE ROUTER THERE IS A RESET HOLE,USE A PAPER CLIP AND HOLD THE PIN IN THE RESET HOLE FOR 25 SECONDS AND RELEASE IT AFTER.
4.YOU WILL SEE THE POWER IS AMBER,SO WAIT FOR 2 MINS FOR IT TO BE SOLID GREEN/WHITE AGAIN.
5.CONNECT AN ETHERNET CABLE FROM MODEM TO THE ROUTERS WAN PORT.
6.CONNECT ANOTHER CABLE FROM ROUTERS LAN PORT TO THE COMPUTER.
7.NOW OPEN YOUR BROWSER AND TYPE http://linksyssmartwifi.com or 192.168.1.1
8.SETUP WIZARD WILL APPEAR AND YOU NEED TO FOLLOW THE GUIDE.
9.AFTER THE SETUP IS DONE,YOU CAN LOGIN AND CHANGE ANY SETTINGS YOU LIKE.

IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO LOG IN TO LINKSYS E1200 THEN YOU CAN TRY DEFAULT PASSWORD FIRST IF IN CASE IT DOESN’T WORK FOR YOU YOU NEED TO RESET THE ROUTER AND THEN RESET UP THE ROUTER.
TO SETUP YOUR LINKSYS E 1200 YOU NEED TO FIRST PLUG THIS ROUTER TO WALL SOCKET(SURGE PROTECTOR OR EXTENSIONS WILL NOT WORK). CONNECT A CABLE FROM YOUR MODEM TO ROUTERS INTERNET PORT . CONNECT ANOTHER CABLE FROM PORT NO-4 TO YOUR COMPUTER. CHECK YOUR NETWORK STATISTICS BY DOING IPCONFIG.
OPEN A BROWSER AND TYPE DEFAULT GATEWAY IN ADDRESS BAR AND HIT ENTER IT WILL OPEN SETUP WIZARD FOR YOU .
FOLLOW THE STEPS AND YOU ARE GOOD TO GO NOW. IF PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS YOU CAN RESET YOUR DEVICE.
