  • STEPS TO OPEN THE NETGEAR R8000 PAGE FOR SETUP.

    1.CHECK IF THE ROUTER IS CONNECTED TO THE COMPUTER VIA WIFI OR ETHERNET CABLE.
    2.ONCE THE ROUTER IS CONNECTED OPEN YOUR BROWSER AND YOU WILL SEE THE WEBSITE http://WWW.ROUTERLOGIN.NET IS OPENED UP FOR YOU,IF NOT YOU CAN OPEN http://WWW.ROUTERLOGIN.NET AND YOU WILL SEE THE SETUP SCREEN.
    3.YOU CAN FOLLOW THE STEPS ON THE SCREEN TO SETUP THE ROUTER.
    4.ONCE THE ROUTER IS SETUP,TRY TO OPEN SOME WEBSITES AND TEST THE CONNECTION.
    5.YOU ARE GOOD TO GO NOW.

  • Netgear R8000-Night Hawk Setup-

    1.Connect your modem with router . Modem’s lan port to router’s wan port.
    2.From router lan port connect a cable to computer.
    3.Access your browser and type http://routerlogin.net / 192.168.1.1.
    4.Wizard will appear login with default details. Check on the bottom of your router.
    5.Select “Help me choose” .
    6.Wizard will setup the router just follow the steps.

  • To setup your Netgear R8000 router you need to follow these steps:-
    You need to plug in a cable from your existing modem to internet port of your router.
    after connecting this cable connect a cable from port no-4 of your router to your computer. then follow these steps:
    1. Press windows + R key that will open run window for you.
    2. Type CMD in the run box.
    3. Open Ipconfig and check network statistics.
    4. Open your default gateway in any browser.
    5. Type your user name and password .
    6. that will open a setup wizard for you so follow the steps and you are good to go.
    7. while following the setup wizard kindly make sure the settings you are choosing is correct
    i.e time zone and wireless network name and key.
    8. kindly upgrade the router firmware as well if there is any update pending over there.
