cant see TL-WA855RE tp link extender on my wifi list
1) Make sure your extender is turned on and should be connected directly to the wall socket not to any surge protector.
2) Check your Extended network name-should not be same as your existing network name
and to confirm the name, go to your router's web interface and check the ip address for your tplink extender and then open your browser and type that ip address.
then it will take you to the login page of the extender.
login with the password (default password is admin)
once you logged in, then check the extended network name.
if its same as your existing network then change it and save the settings.
After that check on your devices if its showing you the extender's network.
if it still not showing you the network then reset your extender and then reconfigure it again.

To setup Tplink TL-WA855RE range extender follow these steps:-
>Plugin the range extender into the wall socket near to your home router for the initial setup.
*If you made any change on the extender before, then reset the extender by pressing reset button for at least 20 seconds.
>Connect your cell phone with tplink extender wireless network.
>Open any browser and in the address bar type 192.168.0.254 or http://tplinkrepeater.net
>Now you will see the setup wizard in the page, follow the instructions to setup the range extender
>If you want you can change the name of extended network and password of your choice that you want for it.
>Now save the settings and range extender will reboot after saving the settings.
>Once extender lights get solid connect your devices to the extended network and try to go online so that we can check that extender setup done successfully.
