cant get to login page of my wr841n tplink from my smart phone

and also make sure that you are not connected to the guest network of the router
> after that type this address on the browser :- https://tplinkwifi.net or 192.168.0.1
> or try rebooting your router and then try again
> if it still not works then you need to reset your router and then reconfigure it again
