accidentally interrupted cpu power and upon reboot, the keyboard fails to work. changed batteries in both mouse and keyboard. mouse works but not keyboard

There are some troubleshooting steps, that you can try:-
- Remove the batteries from your keyboard and wait for few seconds and then check if its working or not.
- Unplug your wireless adapter from the USB port and plug it again and then check again
- Go to the Device Manager, under the keyboards, try to update the drivers or you can uninstall and reinstall the drivers for the keyboard
- Try to use the different USB port for the wireless adapter.
- Restart your computer once and then check if your keyboard is working

AS YOUR WIRELESS KEYBOARD IS NOT WORKING AFTER REBOOT AND YOU HAVE ALREADY CHANGED BATTERIES ,YOU CAN FOLLOW THESE STEPS:-
1. THERE WILL BE A WIRELESS ADAPTER FOR YOUR KEYBOARD YOU NEED TO JUST UNPLUG IT AND PLUG IT BACK TO SAME USB PORT (YOU CAN CHANGE THE USB PORT AS WELL).
2. IF YOU TRIED FIRST STEP STILL YOUR WIRELESS KEYBOARD IS NOT WORKING THEN YOU NEED TO UNINSTALL ALL USB DRIVERS FROM DEVICE MANAGER AND RESTART THE SYSTEM AND REPEAT THE FIRST STEP.
3. TO OPEN DEVICE MANAGER YOU HAVE TO TYPE DEVMGMT.MSC IN RUN WINDOW.
4.YOU SHOULD CHECK THAT RECEIVER BUTTON SHOULD BE ON BEFORE DOING ALL THESE STEPS.
