  • AS YOUR WIRELESS KEYBOARD IS NOT WORKING AFTER REBOOT AND YOU HAVE ALREADY CHANGED BATTERIES ,YOU CAN FOLLOW THESE STEPS:-
    1. THERE WILL BE A WIRELESS ADAPTER FOR YOUR KEYBOARD YOU NEED TO JUST UNPLUG IT AND PLUG IT BACK TO SAME USB PORT (YOU CAN CHANGE THE USB PORT AS WELL).
    2. IF YOU TRIED FIRST STEP STILL YOUR WIRELESS KEYBOARD IS NOT WORKING THEN YOU NEED TO UNINSTALL ALL USB DRIVERS FROM DEVICE MANAGER AND RESTART THE SYSTEM AND REPEAT THE FIRST STEP.
    3. TO OPEN DEVICE MANAGER YOU HAVE TO TYPE DEVMGMT.MSC IN RUN WINDOW.
4.YOU SHOULD CHECK THAT RECEIVER BUTTON SHOULD BE ON BEFORE DOING ALL THESE STEPS.

IN CASE NEED ANY HELP CALL US BACK ON 1-800-603-4024.

  • If your wireless keyboard is not working try these steps-

Take the batteries out of your wireless keyboard.
Unplug your wireless adapter from the USB port of your computer.
Open Device manager on your computer and update the drivers of USB port .
This time try using different USB port on your computer ,If you have any other port on it.
It will reinstall your adapter driver .
Make sure the receiver button is on.
    Still not working ?
Try using your keyboard on a different computer , If its working then may be you need to re-install the USB port drivers of your computer again.
