Steps you need to follow to create an Arlo account:
1. navigate to https://arlo.netgear.com/#/
2. login or open the Arlo mobile app on your mobile device.
(make sure you use an email address that has never been used before for netgear )
3. click or tap New System Setup
4. follow the on screen prompts.
5. you are good to go.
