Steps to configure your tplink router as a access point:
> Make sure your tplink is connected to your pc or laptop with an Ethernet cable.
> Once connected open any web browser and type in there
"tplinkwifi.net" or your routers IP = 192.168.1.1
username = admin
password = admin.
> Go to the quick setup tab & select as an access point mode.
Once connected
> Follow the simple lehmann instructions and complete the setup process.
> Once the setup is completed successfully, router is ready to use.
