  • Step 1: Download the latest firmware for your extender from the official website.
    Step 2: Once you´ve downloaded the firmware, You will need to log into the extender configuration interface to upload the firmware.
    Step 3: Click on the Management Link and click Upgrade.
    Step 4: Click the Select button and select the firmware file you download earlier.
    Step 5: Click Upload

  • >Connect your computer with the dlink Extender's network
    >open your web browser and type this address:- https://dlinkap.local or 192.168.0.50
    >then enter the login password(by default the password is blank)
    >once you are logged in, go to the management tab
    and click on upgrade
    >now click on check for new firmware
    >if there is any new update then download that file from the dlink official website
    >after that under upgrade manually , click on choose file then select the downloaded file and install the new update.
