  • The Linksys RE6300 has a Power light and an ethernet light. The ethernet light lights up when the extender is connected and active. The light blinks when the extender is sending or receiving data over the ethernet port.

The Power / WPS light indicates the following:
OFF – There is no power on the range extender.
Blinking Green / Yellow – The range extender is starting up, resetting to factory defaults, upgrading its firmware or WPS connection is in process.
Solid Green / Yellow – The range extender is ready to use.
Solid Orange / Red – There is a weak connection with the router.
Blinking Orange / Red – The range extender is not connected to the router or other networks.
