  • May be you did not reset it properly,follow these setup;-

    Press the router reset button or plug paperclip press and hold it for 25 sec
    Wait 25-30 seconds
    Allow the device a minute or two to turn back on.
    Now check the lights when all get stable
    open 192.168.1.1 or given page for the router
    provide the credentials
    and follow the setup wizard steps.

  • If the router is successfully reset, you should be able to log in to the router by using the default username and password. You can refer to the product manual for the default username and password for your router. If it still doesn’t accept the log in credentials, we need to reset the router again as it was not done properly. Try pushing the reset button on the router for atleast 15 seconds and then try to log in.
