To setup Tplink range extender follow these steps:-
>Plugin the range extender into the wall socket near to your home router for the initial setup.
*If you made any change on the extender before or changed your main router, then reset the extender by pressing the reset button for at least 30 seconds.
>Connect any of your wireless device with Tplink extender wireless network.
>Open any browser and in the address bar type 192.168.1.254 or 192.168.0.254 or http://tplinkrepeater.net
>Now you will see the setup wizard in the page, follow the instructions to setup the range extender
>If you want you can change the name of extended network and password of your choice that you want for it.
>Now save the settings and range extender will reboot after saving the settings.
>Once extender lights get solid connect your devices to the extended network and try to go online so that we can check that extender setup done successfully.

In order to connect with different WiFi every time, you need to setup the device manually following these simple steps given below:
Step 1: Reset the TP Link Extender by pushing the little reset button on back of the Extender using a paper clip for 30 seconds, now wait for a minute and check if your computer showing the the default extender name as TP Link Extender open.
Step 2: Now connect your laptop with TP Link Extender setup and the go to web browser and type on the long address bar, 192.168.0.254
Step 3: It will now open the setup page, where you can set it up with the new WiFi network using a secure key (password).
Step 4: Now on next window it will suggest you the same WiFi name with _EXT in the end, but you have to give it a unique name say “Freedom WiFi” with unique password so you don’t have to connect your devices like kindle, laptop again and again.
