hOW DO I CONNECT MY TP-LINK EXTENDR RE200 WITH MY DEVICES THROUGH WIFI..IT IS NOT WORKING FROM LAST 1 WEEK

Step1: Plug your RE200 into a power outlet near your wireless router or AP.
Step2: Use an Ethernet cable to connect your RE200 to your PC. If Ethernet connection is not available, please connect the
Tplink extender wireless network .
Step3: Log into default IP: 192.168.0.254 or its domain name: tplinkextender.net or
tplinkrepeater.net.
Step4: Follow the Quick Setup, and click “Next” to continue.
Step5. Select your Region here, and then click “Next”.
Step6. Now your RE200 will scan all the wireless networks around. Since RE200 is a dual band Ranger Extender, it’ll scan
and configure Wi-Fi 2.4G first, then scan and configure Wi-Fi 5G.
Step7. Now input the password of the wireless network you want to extend, and click “Next”.
Step8. Now we can configure Wi-Fi 5G, it’s the same step as 2.4G.
Step9. Now, click finish.
Step10. Now RE200 will reboot itself to make all settings take effect.
Step11. Then you can put RE200 in a proper place where you want to extend the wireless network’s coverage, and enjoy
the extended wireless network
#To setup your Tp-link RE200 extender kindly follow these steps:-
-Plug in your extender in to the wall socket
-Press the reset button/Pin hole on your extender for 10 seconds .
-Wait Till the time all lights on you extender are back again.
-Now you can connect your computer with the extended network.
-Once connected with network open the Default IP of your extender i.e 192.168.0.1, “http://tplinkwifi.net”
-Now follow the steps and set up your extender with the existing network
-Once configured You can took your extender to the place where you would like to use it
-Connect your devices with the extended network .
For new TP-LINK EXTENDR RE200.
Just press the WPS on your router/modem first for 1-2 seconds, then press the WPS on TP-LINK EXTENDR RE200 for 3-5 seconds.
Now wait for 2 minutes.
The difference in light color and pattern will confirm its connection.
For Used/ old TP-LINK EXTENDR RE200 : If its an used TP-LINK EXTENDR RE200 then first reset it using a paper clip to press the reset button in a tiny hole for 30 seconds.
Now its brand new, or by default one.
Wait for 2 minutes after reset then proceed further as setup New TP-LINK EXTENDR RE200.
Its now extending your home network with same password as of your home wifi.
Note:
1. During setup, make sure that the TP-LINK EXTENDR RE200 is placed within 7-10 feet from Router, at the time of setup, or in the same room.
2. Two minutes patience is the Critical Time that make the difference between success and failure in Setup.
Check The Status Of light on extender if they are not stable then try to reset and setup again.
In order to configure the range extender you need to follow the instructions below:
> plug in your extender near to the router for the initial setup within 10 feets
> Press the WPS button on the router for 3 -4 seconds and then on the Extender for 3- 4 Seconds
> Once you see the light stopped flashing on the extender it means the extender is setup now
Step 2
> Connect your computer wireless to the extended network
> pull up browser and at the very top type in 192.168.0.254 or 192.168.1.254
> You will get through a login window default username: admin and the Password : admin
> click on quick setup and Continue , Follow the instructions to complete the setup
