Basically, I have 2 internet services. Same company and everything, but on one of them, i can access the routerlogin info from my phone. However, when im connected to the other internet, it doesnt load at all from my phone and it only loads on my computer. Everything is setup the same except for the one i am using, i have a Mac connected with an ethernet.

Because in order to pull up the router login info on a particular device, the device should also be connected to the same network.
