• If you are not able to connect to the arris Wifi, Please follow the instructions below:
  > Make sure the password that you are using is correct.
  > However if you are not sure that the password is correct you can reset the router to default settings and set a new password
  > Update the firmware

• Make Sure You are you using the correct password to check if you need to look on the back side of your router
  or you can connect your router wifi by just pressing WPS button of your router while it was asking for Network Security Key.
