In order to change the wifi name and the password for Belkin router you need to follow the following steps:
> you would need to connect to the router wit the Belkin wireless or via ethernet cable.
>logon to 192.168.2.1
> default username and password is blank so click on submit
> go to the basic settings under you will see the wireless settings and security
> change the name and the password for the wifi here
> apply the changes and connect your devices to wifi
