HOW TO CHANGE NETGEAR DEVICE NETWORK PASSWORD.
To change the network password , first we will have to login to the IP address , which is 192.168.1.1 on the browser to the computer connected with the same router password.Now you will see the setup wizard , then you need to enter the credentials . After you are successfully logged in then you can change the password.
- Connect your computer with the router’s network
- open your browser and type this address:- 192.168.1.1 or 10.0.0.1 or https://routerlogin.net
- enter your login information(default username is admin and the default password is password)
- once you are logged in, then Go to the Wireless tab
- From there, you can change the network password and then save the settings.

For Netgear you need to open Routerlogin.net or 192.168.1.1 .Once you you log into Netgear genie Select wireless settings and there you will see Network security and just change the password and hit apply .
NOTE- While changing the password make sure you change the name also to avoid network conflict with your devices.
