1.CONNECT YOUR EXTENDER IN A DIRECT WALL SOCKET.
2. PRESS WPS BUTTON ON YOUR EXTENDER FOR 3-5 SECONDS.
3.PRESS WPS BUTTON ON YOUR ROUTER AND YOU WILL SEE LIGHTS STARTS BLINKING ON YOUR EXTENDER.
4.IT WILL BE CONNECTED TO YOUR ROUTERS NETWORK ONCE THE LIGHT WILL BE SOLID.
5.NOW ENTER THE ADDRESS FOR YOUR EXTENDER SET UP.
6.LOGIN WITH DEFAULT CREDENTIALS THERE.
7. IT WILL OPEN A SETUP WIZARD FOR YOU.
8.FOLLOW THE STEPS OF WIZARD AND YOU ARE GOOD TO GO NOW.
In order to configure the range extender you need to follow the instructions below:
> plug in your extender near to the router for the initial setup within 10 feets
> Press the WPS button on the router for 3 -4 seconds and then on the Extender for 3- 4 Seconds
> Once you see the light stopped flashing on the extender it means the extender is setup now
Step 2
> Connect your computer wireless to the extended network
> pull up browser and at the very top type in 192.168.0.254 or 192.168.1.254
> You will get through a login window default username: admin and the Password : admin
> click on quick setup and Continue , Follow the instructions to complete the setup
Plugin the Extender to the wall socket near the Wi-Fi Router in order to Setup. Maximum Distance 7 feet from Router.
Now wait for 30 second and press WPS button from Wi-Fi Router.
Now within 10 second Press and hold the WPS/Wi-Fi button from Extender for 5 seconds.
Now wait for 1 minute, you will see a change in light color/ behavior.
If everything went right, you can unplug it from here and go to a different place where you want this Extender to be installed.
Check the Wi-Fi network list on your device to confirm the setup.
If you see your Existing Wifi name with .EXT or .ext with it, that means its your “Extended Network”.
If you cant see a similar name, you can Reset your device while its plugged-in to wall socket by pressing the Reset Button, hidden inside a small hole at the back of your Extender for 20 seconds using a paperclip.
Now follow the above steps again to setup correctly.

>Plugin Tplink range extender into the wall socket nearby to your home router for the initial setup.
>Press the WPS button on your extender and hold it down for 3-5 seconds.
>Within the 1 minute press WPS button on your home router.
>Wait for the extender lights get stable and now try to connect any of your wireless devices with extended network.
*If you want to connect your range extender with 5GHz network then repeat the same steps once again.
