Linksys Extender is 70 Feet away from my router.
so can i complete the initial setup of extender?

As your devices are way too far to do the initial setup, you need to bring your extender close to the router until it setup. Once setup is complete, you can use your extender anywhere in your house as long as its under the range of your Router.
No the distance between your extender and the router should not exceed more than 25 – 30 feets. if the extender is 70 feets away from the router, there will be no communication between them and the setup will not complete.
