My routers firmwrae version is v2 can i change it to v3 by upgrading the different firmwrae or not

No you can not change the version of the router during the firmware update.
You can not change the version of your router , different firmwares are available according to the built version of your router either it is V2 or V3 and you need to update your router according to that.
