• You need to specify the reason why your extender will not work , without the appropriate information we are not able to give you any resolution.
  If your extender is having a hardware issue you can go for the new one I.e wicommfi extender it is the cheap and best in its range which will resolve your extender issues also .
  You can get it directly from the amazon .

• Follow these steps to configure your Belkin Extender if it’s not working-
  > Plug in your Belkin Extender into the direct wall socket near to your Router to complete the initial setup.
  >Now you need to press the reset button on the extender continuously for 10-15 seconds
  >After doing it you will see on the extender that lights start blinking and within few minutes same lights will be stable/solid.
  >On any of your device if you look at wifi networks list, you will see a new network name ending with _ Belkin.setup
  >Now open any of your browser and type Belkin.range in the long address bar and complete the extender setup by following the instructions.

• Please follow the steps below if your extender doesn’t work:
  > Hard Reset the extender and wait for the extender to boot up.
  > Connect your computer wireless to the extender
  > Pull up a browser and at the top on the address bar type in 192.168.206.1
  > You will be directed to the Belkin extender setup wizard.
  > Click on Start setup
