After I changes My ISp my Belkin Extender stopped Working?

Please follow the instruction below:
> You would need to fist reset the extender first, Press and hold the reset button down for 30 seconds
> Wait for Belkin extender to be steady
> Connect your computer wireless or Via ethernet cable with your Amped extender
> Pull up a Browser and at the very top type in 192.168.2.1
> You will get to the setup wizard select you network.
> The setup is complete.
– Reset your range extender first.
– Press the reset button on the ext for 10 seconds.
– Now press the WPS on the extender for 3 seconds.
– Press the WPS on the router for 3 seconds.
– Wait for 2-3 minutes.
– Now your extender is setup.
– Connect to it using router password.
– Visit https://belkin.range
– And change the name and password if needs to.
>In this case you need to first of all reset your Belkin Range Extender by pressing Reset button for 10-15 seconds.
>Once the Extender reset then you can easily reconfigure it by WPS Method.
> To do WPS process you need to press WPS button of your ISP Router for 3 seconds and then you need to press the same WPS button of your Belkin Extender for 3 seconds.
> Once you find that the lights are solid/stable, you can connect it with any of your device and can do the setup process.

As you have mentioned that you have changed your ISP In this case kindly reset your extender with the help of a paper clip and re setup your extender by following these steps:-
To setup your Tp link extender kindly follow these steps:-
1.Plug your Range Extender into a power outlet near your main Router.
2.Push the WPS button on your main Router first, then immediately push the WPS button on your Range Extender.
3. After you have pushed WPS button of your Router, you need to push WPS button of your Range Extender within 2 minutes. .
4.After pushing the WPS button of your Router, your Router WPS LED should blink. If your Router WPS LED doesn’t blink, it means you need to push the WPS button again until the WPS LED of your Router blinks. The same reason is also suitable for RE product. After pushing the WPS button of your Range Extender, the WPS light of your Range Extender should blink. If not, push again.
5.The WPS process will last 2 minutes. You can wait 2 minutes, and then check the wireless signal LED of your Range Extender.
5. After 2 minutes, if the wireless signal LED of your Range Extender is still off, it means the WPS process fails. You may need to try one more or several more times of WPS operation, and repeat the steps above.
6. At last, you can put your Range Extender in a proper place where you want to extend the wireless network’s coverage, and enjoy the extended wireless network. No need to repeat the process. Once it’s done, it will connect automatically every time you plug it back in.
