how do i change the Password for the WIFi?

– Connect to your router wireless or wired.
– Visit https://192.168.1.1 or https://linksyssmartwifi.com
– Enter access password. Default password – admin
– Or check the bottom of the router for default password.
– Now go to wireless tab.
– Change the password for both 2.4/ 5G network.
– Hit apply.
Note-Make sure you change wireless name also when changing the password.
Open the browser and type in their 192.168.1.1or http://www.linksyssmartwifi.com
Type your user name and password . (Default user name – admin password-password).
It will open router main page then you need to go to wireless section .
Under wirless section you can change network name & passphrase/network key.
Save the settings and connect your devices with new network name & password.
In order to Change the wireless password for your Linksys Router , please follow the instructions below:
> Make sure the computer is connected to the router Wireless or Via ethernet cable.
> Pull up a browser and at the Top on the address bar type in 192.168.1.1 or http://www.linksyssmartwifi.com
> You will get to the Login Screen for your linksys router
> The Default local Password : admin
> Go to the wireless on left panel
> Change the WiFI password and save the new password.
> reboot the router and its good to go.
