the Ip address for my router and extender conflicts and there are congestions ?

Not sure about the congestions but if both devices got the same IP then you need to configure Linksys Extender Manually.
– You need a PC for manual setup.
– Now plug your extender near to your PC.
– Connect an ethernet cable from extender to your PC.
– Visit https://192.168.0.1
– Use admin to login.
– Now run the setup and manually choose your host wireless.
– If you have tried setting up your extender before, make sure you reset the extender before setup.
– Press and hold the reset button the extender for 10-12 seconds.

In this Case please make sure your computer is connected to the extender wireless or Via Ethernet Cable
pull up a browser and at the top on the address bar type in 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 and hit enter
you will get to the setup wizard of your extender
follow the setup instructions complete the setup
save the the settings and the extender setup is complete now.
