Well in this case first of all you need to connect Ethernet cable directly from your modem to the pc and check out the speed you will be receiving from your ISP.
You can also power cycle your modem router for 3-5 mins
If you are getting the right speed then its fine otherwise you need to have a word with your ISP regarding that and confirm about the speed from their end.
If this modem is provided you by your ISP then simply call them and ask for a Replacement.
If you are not able to get the right speed from your Netgear modem please follow the instructions below:
> Please try and Power cycle your modem router
> check for a new firmware for this modem router
> Talk to your ISP and ask them to restart the service for your server
> try set the channels
> get a better router an upgraded one
