You can follow these steps-
-Pull up any web browser on your device that is connected to Archer C7 Router
-In the address bar type 192.168.0.1 or http://tplinkwifi.net
-Enter User and Password that you have, if not changed type default “admin” in both user and password boxes and click on login.
-In the control panel of the router click on the wireless.
-You will see 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz SSIDs, here you can change your router’s wifi name according to your choice.
-Once you are connected to your router open your browser.
-Type in the address bar 192.168.0.1 and enter.
-Use admin for default login.
-Go to wireless.
-Now change the name and password.
-Hit save on the bottom and click reboot.
Once you are connected with your routers wifi you need to open the web page of it by entering 192.168.0.1 in browser.
Login to your router by entering the username and password of it.
Go to the wireless tab and change the ssid of your wifi and save it .
Once saved you need to reconnect your pc with new wireless ssid again .
In order to change the wifi name and the password for Tplink router you need to follow the following steps:
> you would need to connect to the router wit the TPLINK wireless or via ethernet cable.
>logon to a http://www.tplinkwifi.com or you can logon to 192.168.0.1
> default username is : admin and the default password is : admin
> go to the basic settings under you will see the wireless settings and security
> change the name and the password for the wifi here
> apply the changes and connect your devices to wifi
