Well in that case i will recommend you to go ahead and reset your extender and try to set it up again with fresh settings.
If the tplink Extender is not working , try to do the following steps:
> First try to reset the Extender , Press and hold the reset button down for 30 seconds
> Wait for at least 2 minutes the let the Extender boot up and then try to configure the Extender again manually
