In order to setup the Chromecast follow the instructions below:
>Plug one end of the USB power cable into your Chromecast and the other end of the USB power cable into the power adapter provided.
>Plug Chromecast into any HDMI input port on your TV. If the fit is too tight or too lose, you may use the included HDMI extender. If you already use up all HDMI ports, you may get a HDMI splitter or an HDMI switch .For the initial setup, you should try to use the HDMI port on TV directly.
>If the HDMI source is set correctly, you should see the Chromecast setup screen on TV. The setup instruction will be like “Set me up”
>On your laptop or phone, visit, google.com/chromecast/setup/
>My setup name is “ChromecastXXXX”
>If your TV does not show this screen, on your TV remote, find the source button (press to select the correct source.
>Before using Chromecast, you must set up your Chromecast once. Chromecast setup can be done on an Android or iOS phone or tablet or a Mac, Windows or Chromebook Pixel computer.
