i am not able to see the WIFI for my extender? I tried reset the extender a couple of time. Did a hard reset but no help.

As you have mentioned that you are not able to see wifi of your extender kindly make sure that wireless transmission should be on. if problem still persists kindly reset your device with the help of a paper clip while plugged into a wall socket.
