Change the wireless name.
Enable Security encryption and choose WPA2.
Choose a unique password.
Add words, numbers,upper&lower case letters.
Also, change router login password.
In order to secure your tplink router please follow the instructions below:
> Connect your computer to the Tplink router wireless or via hard wire
> pull up a browser and at the top on the address bar type in 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1
> Default Username : admin and Password : admin
> Click on Wireless settings and then got to wireless security
> Enter you password and change the security mode to WPA2 AES
> Save the settings and Reboot the router’
> Your Tplink router is Secure Now.
You have to use a good wireless password for your router, as your router is already secured it should be encrypted with wpa/wpa2 psk password security encryption.
Now go ahead and try to connect your device after rebooting your router once aad you are ready to go.
To secure your Tp LInk Archer 3750 kindly follow these steps:-
1.Change Your Router Admin Username and Password.
2.Change the Network Name.
3.Activate Encryption.
4.Double Up on Firewalls.
5.Turn Off Guest Networks.
6.Update Router Firmware.
7.Turn Off WPS.
8.Disable DHCP.
9.Filter on MAC Addresses.
