  • – Connect an ethernet cable from modem to router’s internet port.
    – Use another ethernet cable from the router to PC.
    – Open your browser.
    – Type in the address bar 192.168.1.1 or http://www.linksyssmartwifi.com.
    – Accept the agreement.
    – Follow the instructions to complete the setup.

  • You need to connect an ethernet cable from modem to your router in internet port.
    Then connect lan cable from router to computer.
    Now open your browser and type in the ip address i.e 192.168.1.1 or http://www.linksyssmartwifi.com.
    Now go according to the instructions and your router set up is complete.

  • In order to setup your Linksys router follow the steps given below:
    > Connect a cable from your Xfinity modem’s LAN port to the internet port of the router
    > Connect your computer wireless to the routers default SSID or via Ethernet cable
    > Pull up a browser and at the top on the address bar type in 192.168.1.1 or https://www.linksyssmartwifi.com and hit enter
    > you will come through your router login screen default username : admin and Password : admin
    > setup page will come up , Follow the instruction to complete the setup

  • To Set up LINKSYS 3200 ACM with XFINITY modem kindly follow these steps:-
    You need to plug in a cable from your existing modem to internet port of your router.
    after connecting this cable connect a cable from port no-4 of your router to your computer. then follow these steps:
    1. Press windows + R key that will open run window for you.
    2. Type CMD in the run box.
    3. Open Ipconfig and check network statistics.
    4. Open your default gateway in any browser.
    5. Type your user name and password .
    6. that will open a setup wizard for you so follow the steps and you are good to go.
    7. while following the setup wizard kindly make sure the settings you are choosing is correct
    i.e time zone and wireless network name and key.
    8. kindly upgrade the router firmware as well if there is any update pending over there.
